As soon as you are interested in a particular property, we will set up an appointment for viewing. We always ensure that our staff go along with you for guidance and advice, preferably your own agent.

We advise you on the value, the terms and conditions, the technical fitness of the property and other relevant information with regard to the environment (location in relation to schools, sports and play), use and development (body corporate agreements and rules, land divisions and title deed, leasehold information etc.)

As soon as agreement has been reached on the purchase, we confirm all terms and conditions with the notary. We assist and guide you through the signing of the deed of sale at the notary's office.

Once the financing is complete, we will guide you through a final inspection, the legal transfer and the actual delivery through the notary. And if you still have questions afterwards, of course we will be always available...
