Rental: step-by-step plan

One of our real estate agents will visit to make an inventory of your property. Based on analysis of the current housing market coupled with our experience, we determine a rental price, the rental contract specifics and a rental strategy.

You will receive a summary of all relevant issues discussed with you. This includes the agreed rental strategy, a marketing proposal and a brokerage fee proposal. You can also read here about our no cure, no pay principle.

You never get a second chance for first impressions. That's why it is so important to present your property most favourably. We provide professional photography, texts and clear plans, summarized in a compelling brochure.

Once the texts and images have arrived, we offer the property in our network and put it online on the Pararius and Funda websites, our own website and social media. We also send brochures to fellow real estate agents and potential customers.

In close consultation with you, we will make viewing agreements and we will visit with interested parties. If this cannot happen during the day, we will be available outside office hours. We will provide feedback to you after each viewing.

We introduce you to potential tenants and advise you on the most suitable candidates. We screen the tenants and check the references supplied.

Once a tenant has been selected, we prepare the rental contract and ensure that it is signed by both parties. We also inform the tenant about payments and payment terms. Last but not least, we assist the tenant with the check-in and provide a clear inspection report.
